Join the Zeitgeist Movement Group to make some suggestions or further the site's progress.


Download:
  • Source Code - Source includes PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. It also contains the MySQL database structure of ZeitgeistResources.com.

Features Needed:
  • Search by Distance - We need to have an algorithm calculate distances whenever someone searches for resources. Then list them by their closest distance to the user.

  • Project Maps - More features on the project maps, so members can add locations important to their organization. For instance being able to drop a pin, and specify some content. Like for upcoming meeting locations or other important events.

Features Completed:
  • Character Limit Counter - A simple character counter in JavaScript that is used for each textarea.

  • Like System - A simple system to better organize the list of projects and links.

  • Resources Search - An easy and clean search system to find resources.

  • Project News - Projects can now post their latest news for any user to see on the front page.

  • Links - Users can post links related to the Zeitgeist Movement or The Venus Project for users to see.

  • Live Chat - Users can discuss topics in real time by going into the integrated IRC chat.

  • Feedback - Users can voice their opinions and findings about the Zeitgeist Resources site.
